There cannot be genuine protection of human rights if a judiciary remains tied into political control and influence. More so, if those political figures are being accused of gross rights violations themselves. Unless this is changed, court ruling will remain self-serving and protecting to selfish interest of some...not of the victims of gross rights violation. |
